Shipping to Territories
Free Shipping starts at $150 or more not including shipping and taxes to British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. $14.99 for orders under $150. Remote areas inside these provinces may apply for additional charges.
Shipping to Remote Areas of Canada
If your delivery location is in a remote location in Canada, additional shipping charges may apply. One of our customer service team will contact you if necessary.

- For orders that has not been received on estimated date posted on courier’s website, please contact our customer service for assistance. We will request an investigation from our courier on your behalf. Delivery time is only an estimate, NOT a guarantee. Since we have no control over delivery time, we will not refund shipping cost for any delayed orders.
- We are not responsible for any loss or delay of the shipment. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. The courier is responsible for any loss or unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. Please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
- Delay: When products do not arrive within 24 hours after expected delivery date provided by the courier ;
- Any missing or wrong product sent must be reported within 30 days for replacement or refund. We will not accept any claim after 30 days after receiving orders. We suggest you to verify your order immediately when you received it.
- If our courier lost the package due to incorrect address provided by customer, customer will have to take full responsibility. We will not arrange refund or replacement for orders with the wrong shipping address.
- Physical damage caused by shipping must be reported within 30 days. We will refund accordingly after investigation with courier.
- Please check order confirmation email after placing the order. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. If problem is not notify in time and order is shipped out, customer will be responsible for the resending charge.
- For commercial addresses, the business name must be included in the address; otherwise it will be identified as an incomplete address.
- Packages that are Return to Sender (RTS) must be authorized by an employee of Cartridge Way. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for package returned without authorization. For refunds, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping Fee is not refundable once the shipment is delivered successfully.
- Physical damage to any product will void the product’s warranty. Physical damage caused by shipping must be reported within 30 days after the delivery date posted on Courier’s website.
- Shipping cost is non refundable once the order already shipped out.
- Non OEM Ink and toner are covered by our one year Guarantee. Other Products are covered by our 14 days Guarantee and manufacturer's warranty from the brand manufacturer accordingly. Customer should contact manufacturer directly for quality issues.
- For defective items being returned, please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refundable. The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the product only.
- All defective products must be returned in original packaging along with all documents/CDs/accessories and packed with care.
- All returns must have a copy of the invoice or Order# on a piece of notes for identification purpose; Otherwise, we can not retrive your order information. Please carefully pack the return product. We will not issue refund to damaged product that damaged by poor packing.
- Defective product return will not be accepted without prior authorization from employee of Cartridge Way
- We provide RSL (prepaid return shipping label) to defective products within warranty period. Defective item must be returned within 30 days after the RSL is issued. Please ship it back along with your return authorization form. We are not able to provide RSL for pickup orders. Customer need to bring the defective products to our location for exchange or refund within product's warranty period.
- If customer would like to return a non-defective product, please read:
- Customer needs to be responsible for shipping cost of non-defective products. For any RTS (return to sender) package or any rejected package without authorization, we will contact customer and charge shipping for resending or refund the amount and deduct any shipping charges incurred.
- The product MUST BEunopened and fit for resale condition accompanied by, including but limited to, the original packaging, manuals and all promotion items or gifts received.
- Order number or information to identify the order must be included with the return.
- Ink and Toner cartridges with 1-year limited guarantee can be returned within 3 months; Other unopened products can be returned within warranty period; OEM ink and OEM toner only have 14 days period and MUST BE unopened and without any marking or physical damage on the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for any loss and damage. Shipping should be insured and packed with care.
- We will not refund if the return does not match the above condition.
- Customer must obtain authorization for each returning products. No action will be taken if the product(s) returned to us without authorization, including but not limited to return products without original packaging, manuals & accessories, or return any products not purchased from Cartridge Way.
- Refund will be made within 5 business days after our return department process the returned order.
- We reserve the right not to replace product but only refund the product.
- We do not extend warranty for any replacement or exchange products.
- Incorrect product purchased due to website error, must be reported to us to obtain authorization. Once we confirm we will arrange return and refund.
- Page yield of compatible cartridge is guaranteed equal to the OEM cartridge. However, the page yield number is based on the test condition of printing at 5% coverage of the paper. Thus, we do not guarantee that the page yield showed on our website will be the actual number of pages printed.
